GunVault is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) manage their Acquisition & Disposition records, customer database, and ATF compliance documentation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of GunVault complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ATF regulations (27 CFR Part 478). GunVault provides tools to assist with record-keeping but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. You must independently verify that your records meet ATF requirements.
Free accounts have limited features. Paid plans (Starter $49/mo, Pro $99/mo, Enterprise $149/mo) provide additional features as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
We make reasonable efforts to protect your data but do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of ATF-required records. Use the CSV export feature regularly.
GunVault is not liable for any ATF violations, fines, or legal penalties arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
