1. Acceptance

By using BoundStack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BoundStack is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) manage acquisition and disposition records, inventory, customer data, transfers, and related operational workflows.

3. FFL Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of BoundStack complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ATF regulations (27 CFR Part 478). BoundStack provides tools to assist with record-keeping but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. You must independently verify that your records meet ATF requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using BoundStack without a valid Federal Firearms License where required by law
• Entering false or fraudulent information into your records
• Attempting to circumvent or reverse-engineer the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons

5. Subscription and Payment

Free accounts have limited features. BoundStack Pro is $30 per month with no trial. When live billing is configured, Pro subscriptions renew monthly until set to cancel. In-app cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Data and Backups

We make reasonable efforts to protect your data but do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of ATF-required records. Use the CSV export feature regularly.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoundStack is not liable for any ATF violations, fines, or legal penalties arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Subscription cancellation and account-data deletion are separate actions. Export and review your records before requesting account closure; deletion scope and timing must be confirmed through support.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
